* Completion of jobs

As a driver, you agree that you:

* Have any required licences or permits for your work
* Ensure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy
* Provide accurate and truthful profile information
* Maintain professional conduct with customers

* You may toggle your availability using the “Go Live” feature
* When live, your location may be shown to users on the map
* When offline, your profile may still appear as a directory listing
* You agree not to misuse the platform or misrepresent your availability

* Callavan.live does not handle payments
* All payments are agreed directly between you and the customer
* We are not involved in:
* Pricing disputes
* Job outcomes
* Payment collection

* Callavan.live is not responsible for:
* Any work carried out by drivers
* Damage, loss, or delays
* Disputes between drivers and customers
* You accept full responsibility for:
* Your services
* Your vehicle
* Your conduct

* We reserve the right to:
* Approve or reject driver registrations
* Remove or suspend accounts at any time
* You must not:
* Share your account details
* Impersonate another driver
* Provide false information

* Your location is based on browser/device GPS
* Accuracy is not guaranteed
* You are responsible for managing your live/offline status

* Callavan.live may introduce subscription fees
* Any fees will be clearly communicated in advance
* Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updated pricing
